Testing Requirements
1. In the latest OEKO - TEX 100 standard released in January 2024, the total limit of short - chain and medium - chain chlorinated paraffins in textiles is 50 mg/kg.
2. In Directive 2002/45/EC, it is stipulated that the content of SCCPs in metalworking and leather care agents shall not exceed 1%. The Stockholm Convention has also included it in EU No.143/2011 (Annex XIV of EC No.1907/2006) and the SVHC candidate list, with a limit of 0.1%. On November 14, 2015, the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ) issued the amendment (EU) 2015/2030 to the Persistent Organic Pollutants Directive (EC) No 850/2004. The provisions on short - chain chlorinated paraffins in Annex I were revised, and a limit of 0.15% for short - chain chlorinated paraffins in articles was set.
3. POPs have added restrictions on medium - chain chlorinated alkanes (MCCPs), with a limit of 0.1%.
