Precautions

The requirements of this standard are divided into two aspects: intrinsic quality and appearance quality.

1. Intrinsic quality includes indicators such as fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, heavy metals, phthalates, flammability. It also includes aspects like fillings, accessories, extractable heavy metal content, dimensional change after washing, pilling, tensile strength of drawstrings, color fastness to saliva, color fastness to water, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to soaping, color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to cross-dyeing of spliced parts, appearance after washing, moisture permeability, residual metal needles, and down - proofness of down - filled products.

2. Appearance quality includes indicators such as surface defects, specification deviations, size differences of symmetrical parts, raw material appearance features, and sewing regulations.

3. Product standards have become one of the most important bases for domestic textiles to enter the market. Business owners, distributors, and manufacturers should supervise and evaluate the quality of products before these products enter the market to ensure product compliance, thereby reducing or avoiding the risks of product recalls or complaints.
