Significance of the Mark
The CE certification abbreviation is used as a symbol to indicate that a product affixed with the CE certification mark meets the main requirements (Essential Requirements) specified in relevant European directives, and to confirm that the product has passed the corresponding conformity assessment procedures and/or the manufacturer's declaration of conformity. It truly serves as a pass for the product to be allowed to enter the EU market for sale. For industrial products required by relevant directives to be affixed with the CE certification mark, those without the CE certification mark are not allowed to be sold on the market. For products that have been affixed with the CE certification mark and entered the market, if they are found not to meet the safety requirements, they must be ordered to be withdrawn from the market. If an enterprise continuously violates the regulations regarding the CE certification mark in the directives, it will be restricted or prohibited from entering the EU market or forced to withdraw from the market.
