Therefore, it can be replaced by an enterprise's Declaration of compliance in the EU format. |
| (2) Certificate of compliance. This is a conformity statement issued by a third - party institution (intermediary or testing and certification institution). It must be accompanied by technical data such as test reports (TCF). At the same time, the enterprise also needs to sign the Declaration of compliance. |
| (3) EC Attestation of conformity. This is a certificate issued by an EU notified body (abbreviated as NB). According to EU regulations, only NBs are eligible to issue EC Type CE declarations. |
