Labeling requirements
| One year after the regulation comes into effect (August 14, 2009), manufacturers of children's products must affix permanent, clear and eye-catching marks on their products and related packaging so that consumers can identify and determine the manufacturer's name, production date and place of origin, as well as other relevant production information, thereby ensuring product traceability. |
| Unless the product meets the applicable safety requirements or standards of the regulation or standard, it is strictly prohibited for consumer product advertisements or the labels and packaging of the products mentioned to contain information related to consumer product safety regulations or voluntary consumer product safety standards. |
