Lead Except for exempt materials:
(1) The lead content in electroplated metal alloys should be less than 60,000 mg/kg.
(2) The lead content in non-electroplated metals should be less than 15,000 mg/kg.
(3) The lead content in plastics and rubbers should be less than 200 mg/kg.
(4) The lead content in the surface coating should be less than 600 mg/kg.
(5) The lead content in other materials other than the above should not exceed 600 mg/kg.
   
Cadmium 15,000 mg/kg    
Extractable Cadmium Plastic small components: 75 mg/kg; Metal small components: 200 μg
