Follow these official backend steps to generate your exclusive Testing Request Form (TRF) ID for US & Canada marketplace product verification:

Step 1

Navigate to the top menu bar:Performance > Account Status > Policy Compliance, then select the category Food and Product Safety Issues. This page lists all ASINs flagged with product safety non-compliance risks.

Step 2

Locate the target ASIN requiring validation, then click the Submit button under the Next Steps column to launch the compliance workflow.

Step 3

A side pop-up panel will appear on your screen. Select the option Verify Product to enter the TIC provider selection page.

Step 4

For goods sold in the United States and Canada, the RTS provider entry labeled Zhejiang RTS Test will be displayed on the provider list. Step 5

Fill in your complete company contact information as prompted on the form, then click Confirm and Proceed to finalize the TRF creation request.

Step 6

Your unique TRF number (TRF ID) will pop up on the confirmation page. Copy and save this ID, then submit it to Zhejiang RTS Test via our official website, dedicated email or offline business channels to start your compliance verification.

Important Notice

The TRF ID is the exclusive matching identifier linking your Amazon ASIN compliance request to our lab’s service record. Always provide the full TRF ID when contacting us.

All validation results processed by Zhejiang RTS Test will be synchronized directly to Amazon Lab Central, updating your ASIN compliance status automatically upon completion.

Complete TRF submission and verification as soon as you receive Amazon’s safety notice to prevent temporary or permanent listing removal.
