| Nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPE) | After February 3, 2021, in their normal life cycle, for washable textiles, if a product or any part of a product contains NPE equal to or exceeding 0.01% (by weight), it shall not be placed on the market. This does not apply to second - hand textiles and new textiles manufactured from recycled textiles without the use of NPE during the manufacturing process. The "textiles" refer to products composed of at least 80% (by weight) of textile fibers, including clothing, accessories, interior decorative fabrics, etc. |
